Leukemia & Lymphoma Society — Team in Training

Founded in 1949, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) is the world’s largest voluntary health agency dedicated to finding a cure for leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease and myeloma, and improving the quality of life of patients and their families. Team in Training (TNT) is the world's leading sports charity training program and has raised over $1.2 billon to support blood cancer research and patient services. Since 1988, TNT has prepared more than 540,000 people to achieve their dream of completing a marathon, half marathon, triathlon or 100-mile (century) bicycle ride. The enormous success of this program has helped make possible advances in blood cancer therapies and treatments that have prolonged and enhanced the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients.

Whether you are a novice or an experienced athlete, TNT’s certified coaches will help you reach your goals and cross the finish line. Be a part of the team to receive a comprehensive training program, professional coaching, camaraderie, travel and accommodations. You can help create a world without cancer by raising funds for LLS through your participation in Life Time Tri Minneapolis. Click here for details.

Janus Charity Challenge

There are 1,000 reasons to race. Let Janus give you $30,000 more.

With $30,000 in charity prizes at each race — you can elevate your Life Time Triathlon experience by racing as a Janus Charity Challenge triathlete! As a global asset manager, Janus is committed to the pursuit of great results, both through our investment products and our investments in the community. That is why we’ve aligned ourselves with the sport of triathlon — to celebrate those who possess the same passion for both their sport, and for helping others. It that spirit we created the Janus Charity Challenge, a one of a kind fundraising program that allows every athlete to choose the charity for whom they want to fundraise, making it as personal as their reason to race.

We invest in your success. By committing to raise money for a cause as part of your triathlon experience, Janus can help make your fundraising efforts go even further. Janus awards a $30,000 prize purse to the charities of the top 43 fundraisers at the Life Time Tri Minneapolis. You’ll also have access to an online fundraising website, helpful tools and tips, and you’ll receive free race gear as you reach fundraising milestones.
